Funding/Grant Opportunities: Grants.gov is your best opportunity to stay abreast of discretionary federal funding opportunities. Creating an account will be the best way to set preferences and receive alerts on a host of funding opportunities at the department for workforce dollars and across other federal agencies.

Apprenticeship.gov is a comprehensive resource for employers, educators, and career seekers on apprenticeships. Job Corps is a voluntary program that prepares young people ages 16-24 with education and hands-on career training for entry-level positions. The Job Corps site also has a lot of relevant information for businesses such as how Job Corps works and how to get connected with Job Corps.
Find Workforce Development Boards in your area. WDBs direct federal, state, and local funding to workforce development programs. They also oversee the American Job Centers, where job seekers can get employment information, find out about career development training opportunities, and connect to various programs in their area.
